We believe that the world is full of mediocre, transactional teams that exist to make a decent product, provide a fairly good environment for their workers, and treat their customers to some 'garden variety' of service. We also believe that most individuals, teams, and leaders want so much more. Teams want to get better, but they simply do not know how. They wish they could find the magic pill. There are, unfortunately, no pills to take. There is, however, real hard work.
