I'm a graduate of the University of Kentucky, and the former president of Columbus Cello-Poly Corporation. I have served as an Adjunct Professor at Franklin University, a member of the Dale Carnegie Instructional staff, and have taught, facilitated and coached thousands of men and women in businesses ranging from Fortune 500 companies to startups. I built a successful coaching practice called Coach 4 Change before joining forces with BUILT to LEAD in 2004.
