I love the work I do as a Builder of leaders. A graduate of Southern Methodist University (BBA, MBA)  I also have a wealth of experience working for Fortune 500 firms. The skills I gained there served me well in a range of entrepreneurial experiences starting up several non-profit organizations with my late husband, Larry. I joined Built to Lead in 2004 as a manager and have been a Builder since 2009.
 
I love being a catalyst for helping others to become ONE with their big dream, in work and in life. I couple my signature strengths of positivity and encouragement with an analytical mind. That brings a keen focus on the key issues involved in equipping my clients to pursue their journey with inspiration, passion and purpose.
 
I am blessed to be the mom of four unique young adults who inspire me with their passion for life. In my spare time you'll either find me on the tennis court or 100 feet under the ocean SCUBA diving.
