My core purpose is helping individuals & teams relate at the deepest levels to who they are and their God-given potential & purpose so as to live out their legacy with 'oneness' in work & life. I hate seeing lives unlived, and I especially hate the preventable pervasive damage of mid-life crises.
 
I grew up half city-kid & half farmer. I'm an English major from Miami U & MBA from U of Michigan. I'm a business-to-business executive & ordained pastor. I'm 6'4" and married since ’83 to a 4'11" wise & dangerous bride from Kentucky, with 2 cool grown-up kids.
  
My professional experience includes 26 years of life & leadership mentoring, team development, P& L responsibility, strategic planning, project & process management, business-to-business marketing & communications, quality control & ongoing improvement, application software & systems management, pricing & contract development, third-party partnering, recruiting, direct sales & sales management, and more.
